Experienced Property Manager

We need another property manager to assist our team!

Phillis Real Estate is on the search for an experience Property Manager with a passion for their job to join our growing team.

The Property Manager will have the support of 2x other Property Managers, 2x Inspection agents, a trust account administrator and work closely with the team supervisor.

The successful applicant will have the following experience:

  • Been a successful property manager for at least 2 years
  • Have strong work ethic, time management and organisation skills
  • Possess a high standard of customer service as property management is a demanding but rewarding role
  • Have extensive experience in using the REST software system, Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Experienced Sales Agent

We are always on the look for an experienced sales agent to join our team!

To be considered for this role you must be able to show successful results as a sales agent in the Real Estate field.

  • Have been a successful sales agent for the past 2 years
  • Hold a current Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
  • Hold a current Certificate of registration and vehicle
  • Possess strong listing and negotiation skills
  • Have strong work ethic, time management and organisation skills
  • Possess a high standard of customer service and enjoy working within a team environment
  • Have extensive experience in using Outlook and Microsoft Office
