Afterhours emergency repairs.
Should an emergency repair be required after hours then you need to call our office phone number 8212 5899 and follow phone recording prompts and your call will be transferred to a mobile number. If this number is not answered leave your name, time of call, address, contact number and brief emergency details. We will get back to your accordingly.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

Our tradesperson will be in contact with you to let you know what day and timeframe they will be in your area to complete the repair request. The tradesperson will do their best to accommodate mutually convenient timeframes during business hours, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you are not available to provide access, we can arrange access using our office key. The tradesperson will still notify you when they will complete the repair request.
